Speros provides bundled service hour plans to help manage the cost of repairs to your computer system, telephone system, web site maintenance and surveillance system.
Bundled service may be purchased in blocks of time. The blocks of time are billed in advance, and subsequent service calls will be debited from your account. The bundled service hours must be used in the calendar year in which they are purchased.
The bundled service hours may be used for any of the above services that Speros provides. It does not include the addition of hardware. All hardware will be priced at the current Speros rate.
The more service hours that you purchase the more our hourly rates are reduced. All bundled plans eliminate the Speros Trip Charge of $35.

Bundled service hours will be accurately accounted. You will receive a statement for each visit indicating the type of service performed, the amount of time that was used and the amount of time remaining under the current option that you have chosen.
