I contacted Jason about email issues we were experiencing at work. Within 10 minutes Jason had logged in, and called back with two possible solutions. Once he fixed the issue, he asked if he could restart our router (some vendors just do it and laugh when the phone starts ringing). Jason and his team helped resolve an issue that potentially could have been fatal to our company. I appreciate the quick response and professionalism.
